Across State Lines (Ride or Die Romances) by Lauren Biel
This is the cross-country road trip you wish you could take this summer.
Our FMC is hooking her way across the country when she's picked up by a man whose three personalities all want to do different things to her.
Protect Me: A Bodyguard Romance by Lauren Biel
A mafia romance, with great banter and a morally gray MMC that will have you calling him daddy.
I love this forced proximity novella, where a bodyguard is charged with protecting a mafia princess ahead of her arranged marriage. He decides protecting her, also means she can't touch herself and steamy calamity ensues. Both of these MCs push each other's boundaries with increasingly steamy and explicit 'pranks', including putting a camera in the other person's bedroom.
Puck Bunny by L.Z. Shipton
Giggled and kicked my feet through this whole book
This was a great short story. I forgot why I downloaded it originally but quickly realized why and am so glad I did. We have
Degradation kink
She doms
Hockey team + one female coach 'team building'
The Easter bunny
Death league hockey
I will def be reading more from Liz!
Apex by Nova Kane
A dark racing biker romance, that never gave my heart a moment to chill.
Our three main characters are university student, Bexley, and motorcycle racing brothers Talon and Sayshen. Sayshen has been pining for Bex since high school, and when he runs into her again years later, those feeling come back hard. When he notices bruises from her abusive boyfriend, he can't let it go.
Chasing the Wild by Elliott Rose
A hot-AF forbidden cowboy romance that will make you want to have a cowboy of your very own.
Special Delivery by Arnold Miles
A spicy, contemporary MM romance that is compulsively readable.
This story reads like a journal entry, all first person POV as our MMC, Tom, lives his single, gay best life.
Morsel by Audrey Rush
An erotic horror which made me fall in love with the MMC and question everything I thought I knew about myself.
Did I dry heave while reading this book? ✅ Yes.
Was this book amazing?! ✅ Also yes.
Sovereign by Raya Morris Edwards
A an erotic thriller, cowboy romance with violence, murder and great kink.
This is my first Raya Morris Edwards book but it will not be my last. Wow! The pacing was fast, the spice started early and often. I love the dynamic between our FMC and MMC, especially as we get to see their character growth together.
The Undermining of Twyla and Frank by Megan Bannen
A whimsical, charming romance about finding love and yourself in middle age.
This is an amazing follow up to book one, An Undertaking of Hart and Mercy (also 5 stars!). I love being back in Eternity and Tanria with our Marshals Twyla, Frank and Duckers. Yes, that's right, Duckers is back with his optimism and good humour.
Leather & Lark by Brynne Weaver
I loved this just as much as Butcher & Blackbird. We have the same iconic vibes of 'multiple deleters' falling in love, but the story is unique and fast paced.
The Home Wrecker by Sara Cate
A hot MMF poly romance with bi-awakening and emotional depth.
I never read books with parents in them, but I love how Sara Cate approached this story of a mother who loses her sense of self and sexuality, then finds it again. I was really invested in the complicated past the two men have with each other, and how the relationship between all three grow.
Bride by Ali Hazelwood
A funny, sexy, romcom with vampires, werewolves and humans - oh my!
I really enjoyed this book. The worldbuilding around how vampires, werewolf shifters and humans all interact (or don't) felt solid and lived in. The plot had great pacing. The writing was solid and I laughed out loud a lot.
Fiasco by Constance Fay
A fast-paced, hard sci-fi space adventure with open door M/F romance. A perfect follow-up to Calamity (book one of the Uncharted Hearts series), although I think you could read Fiasco as an interconnected standalone and be fine.
Bittersweet Chocolate by C.M. Guidroz
Feminine rage and pleasure find each other in this erotic horror short story. This was recommended to me by a friend that knows I am feral for feminine rage and she was 100% correct. The writing was solid, the story was dark, the gore was upsetting (I loved it).
Dark Obsessions (McGowan Mafia #3) by Effie Campbell
Pleasure dom meets FMC who doesn't feel she's worth of pleasure - and stalks her. This book was a ton of fun. I love dark, mafia romance and this one scratched a bunch of itches. We have spice early and often. We have a masked stalker who focuses only on her pleasure. We have amazing secondary characters.
Leather & Lark by Brynne Weaver
I loved this just as much as Butcher & Blackbird. We have the same iconic vibes of 'multiple deleters' falling in love, but the story is unique and fast paced.
Wristlocked by AK Blythe
A saucy circus school that will make you look at the performers in a whole new light.
This is an MFM to MMF, with interesting, rich characters who have complex backgrounds. Our FMC Gia is from 'circus royalty' and is trying to create her own path in the circus world apart from her famous parents. Her best friend with benefits is Elliot (Lyot), has been accepted to the same elite circus school as Gia and starts year one with her. Gale, is a senior at the school, with a tragic history he has used his body (in more than one way) to success. He's pierced, tatted and brooding.
Come Out, Come Out, Wherever You Are by Harleigh Beck
A waking nightmare of erotic horror, in three parts.
A Halloween celebration out in the middle of nowhere. Just a bunch of teenagers having a good time, on the eve of the one year anniversary of their classmates unsolved murder. Just before the partying can begin, the murdered classmate reappears to take revenge from the person responsible.
The Dire Reaction by M.A. Cobb
A dystopic, shifter, erotic horror that will have you questioning your morality.
Them: Yes, but can you write a spicy scene with 20 orgasms💦? MA Cobb: Hold my beer. 🍺
Eynhallow by Tim McGregor
A Frankenstein retelling that centres on a woman's heartbreaking experiences on a isolated island. This is very much a vibes book, so if you liked Diavola by Jennifer Thorne, or Grey Dog by Elliott Gish then this will be very much in your wheelhouse.
