Bride by Ali Hazelwood

⭐⭐⭐⭐/5

A funny, sexy, romcom with vampires, werewolves and humans - oh my!

I really enjoyed this book. The worldbuilding around how vampires, werewolf shifters and humans all interact (or don't) felt solid and lived in. The plot had great pacing. The writing was solid and I laughed out loud a lot.

Our FMC had a really interesting backstory that made her jump right off the page. Our MMC was captivating from the very first time we meet him.

And most importantly the secondary characters were so well fleshed out. They felt like they had their own backstories, motivations and histories without sacrificing the romance between our main characters or slowing the plot.

I would be surprised if Ali didn't write a follow up. If she does, I'll be the first in line to read it.
