Cage of Ice and Echoes by Pam Godwin

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐/5

A heart-pounding, edge of your seat follow-up to Hills of Shivers and Shadows.

We leave off right where book one ends. So if you haven't read book one yet, do that now.

Frankie and her two men Kody and Leo are tasked with surviving the harsh winter of the Arctic Circle while running out of food, warmth and hope. From bear attacks to falling into frozen lakes, our trio facing one calamity after the next.

My heart was pounding out of my chest the entire time I read this book. Do not read this book before bed, because you will be up until 3 a.m. wanting to know what will happen next.

No spoilers - the end of this book gives us some answers we've been waiting for since book one, and then leaves us with a whole lot more questions.

I cannot wait until book three comes out! (Aug 26, 2024)

Thank you Pam Godwin for the ARC. I ate this up and am begging for seconds.

This book is best read in an airplane while flying to Alaska. Make sure you are buckled in, it's going to be a wild ride.
